What does exterior cleaning include?
LumiView exterior cleaning includes exterior glass washing, edge detailing, light sill wiping, and a basic exterior access review. It excludes interior glass, restoration-grade hard-water removal, high-rise work, and unsafe roof access.

What changes when I choose both sides?
Interior and exterior cleaning adds the inside face of the glass and plans for protecting the interior workspace. Note pets, room access, furniture, and delicate finishes. Moving heavy furniture, removing specialty fixtures, and paint removal are outside the standard scope.

Are screens and tracks included?
Select screens and deep track cleaning as add-ons. A light sill wipe is different from removing heavy track debris. Count sliding doors by type and quantity separately from windows, and photograph mineral spots for treatment review.
