What does LumiView need to know?
Provide the manufacturer if known, special coatings, panel size, story, and access restrictions. Photos of labels, glass, and work areas can help. LumiView’s scope includes glass identification, coating-aware cleaning, and access review; it excludes manufacturer defect repair and seal-failure correction.

Does impact glass always cost more?
No. Standard accessible impact glass uses standard glass pricing. Oversized panels, specialty coatings, and difficult access are reviewed separately. Describe construction residue, paint, or adhesive so the removal scope can be assessed before service is confirmed.
